MarkGuard analyzes product names and brand assets to identify potential trademark conflicts and generate risk assessment reports. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the brand assets you submit and to the reports you generate. You are responsible for reviewing the risk assessment before making business decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that disrupt it for others. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Payments
MarkGuard is a paid service billed through our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Always verify generated risk assessments with a qualified trademark attorney before investing in marketing or product development.
